Each story is built upon the same underlying structure. While the specific details will vary from customer to customer—and in some instances, their specific story details might require shifting the elements within the structure—in general, this framework allows us to build consistent stories across customer types.

To tell our customer stories, we visit them in their spaces — their offices, their home offices, their properties. We spend time with them and interview them about their business and their people, capturing photos and video along the way. We then bring to life the visuals and the audio across a variety of platforms.
