In the fall of 2018, I was hired on to Procore, a construction software company based in Carpinteria, CA. My time there was spent elevating a global brand with a small yet mighty team of creatives, with efforts in branding, print collateral, web design and social media, illustration, iconography, data visualization, event design, and more. Additionally, I worked on global campaigns with a group of talented copywriters and videographers that translated across multiple countries.

At the root of my responsibilities, the number one priority was longevity. Through research and problem solving, I created several systems from scratch (created an illustration, iconography, and spot illustration style, and a rich brand palette with conversion in mind), and gave facelifts to other pre-existing assets (revised our ebook, case study, corporate slide deck, social imagery, and event website templates, to name a few). These updates needed to not only put us in the forefront of the construction industry, but they also needed to be understandable, with enough guidelines to be handed off to any designer or freelancer on the team.

Connected by resilience.
Inspired by tradition.

When confronted with the challenges of a global health crisis, Groundbreakers responded with characteristic courage and community. It's a tradition of resilience that has roots in the earliest days of the construction industry. We owe a debt of gratitude to the men and women who were fearless in the face of unthinkable circumstances. We pay it back by doing the same for the generations to come.
