THE ASK: To come up with a creative campaign promoting the third annual Hard Hat Hero contest.
OUR APPROACH: With direction to shift focus away from what makes construction difficult and more toward what makes a career in the industry uniquely desirable, we attempted to answer this campaign’s single most important question: What sets Hard Hat Heroes apart from all other heroes?
Hat Hat Heroes aren’t flashy in their ways. They’re the experts working quietly in the background - the ones who show up every day and care more about creating something meaningful. Through thoughtful messaging and sleek design with an editorial mood, we wanted the focus to be on celebrating every day heroes.
